For many years, we have offered training seminars, Intensives and a one-year Modular course called Facilitation for Leaders.

We are currently offering a two-year Facilitation Training Course in London, for facilitators working in organisations and community, called ‘Facilitating our  Future’, in London. And we are offering a modular Facilitating Our Future: Facilitation Training in Ukraine, in cooperation with the Ukraine Process Work Institute.  

In our view, a prerequisite to becoming a skilled facilitator is your interest in being able to unfold what is going on inside of you, to understand and have compassion for your own personal and collective history, your inner conflicts, belief systems, limits, and how these impact your awareness, and ability to perceive, support and facilitate others. Our programmes provide skills and tools, but it is the devotion, dreams and experience of the practitioner needed to bring ease and centeredness while sitting in the fire and encountering difficulties along the way.
